Shift Supervisor
Nipro PharmaPackaging Americas is recruiting for a Shift Supervisor
in our Glass Vial Manufacturing Plant in Chase City.
Responsible for Supervising and coordinating work force to ensure smooth operation of shift. The Shift Supervisor must demonstrate leadership abilities through their work force to achieve plant production and cost standards.
Requirements: High school; Supervisory Seminars; EHS. Computer knowledge; SAP; Leadership skills, and safety. At least 3 years manufacturing experience; exposure with leadership role. Must have leadership, communication, lean methodologies, organizational skills, and the ability to build a dedicated workforce, cultural diversity savvy. This position is in an industrial setting operating 24 hrs 5 days a week Monday thru Friday. Permanent 8 hrs Shifts are available on 3rd shift only.
